Books were my lifeline throughout my childhood, and I can’t help but feel that they shaped who I am today. It might sound a bit dramatic, but I honestly believe I wouldn’t have made it to adulthood without them. They were my escape, my adventure, and my comfort during times that were hard and dark. Each page I turned offered me safety, security, and even a good laugh. Books filled my days with hope and brought light into my life when I needed it the most. Looking back, I’m so grateful for the worlds I explored and the characters I met along the way! I hope my books provide the same feelings to readers.

During my time in the United States Air Force, I had the opportunity to experience diverse cultures and meet amazing people. A surprising twist occurred when I met an airman from the Royal Air Force in Germany. We instantly clicked and soon got married, beginning an incredible journey together. Our greatest joy has been welcoming our incredible son into the world!

Despite life’s ups and downs, I’ve realized that sometimes dreams take a scenic route. With perseverance and faith, that little girl who dreamed of being a writer has finally made her dream a reality. So, if you have a dream, hold on tight—your moment is just around the corner!
