As a kid during summer break, I transformed our neighborhood into a bustling theater! My friends and I performed plays and musicals that I wrote, accompanied by trips to the library for story adventures and soft-serve ice cream cones on the way home. The library felt like my second home, where my love for books blossomed.

During my time in the United States Air Force, I had the opportunity to experience diverse cultures and meet amazing people. A surprising twist occurred when I met an airman from the Royal Air Force in Germany. We instantly clicked and soon got married, beginning an incredible journey together. Our greatest joy has been welcoming our incredible son into the world!

Despite life’s ups and downs, I’ve realized that sometimes dreams take a scenic route. With perseverance and faith, that little girl who dreamed of being a writer has finally made her dream a reality. So, if you have a dream, hold on tight—your moment is just around the corner!
